Verdict
Complir has a compelling analogy — Vanta solved compliance pain for software, physical product compliance is equally messy and underserved — but there is almost nothing to evaluate here beyond the concept. No LinkedIn data on any of the three founders means founder quality is entirely opaque, which is a major red flag at this stage. No press, no customer evidence, no product screenshots, and no verifiable traction. The market framing is reasonable but the execution proof is zero. Would need founder backgrounds, at least one named customer, and some product substance before this rises above a C.
