Verdict
Hexa has the most important early signal right — $9k MRR from 3 customers in 6 weeks means someone is paying real money for this, and industrial distribution is a genuinely large, underserved market. Ishaan has prior B2B startup traction which beats a first-time founder. The major weaknesses: Auri Nayak is a ghost with zero verifiable background, product depth is unclear (no demo, no visible product), and 'OS for manufacturers' is a vague positioning that obscures what they actually built. If they can grow MRR 3-5x in the next quarter with retention, this becomes a stronger A-tier story. Right now it's a promising B that needs more proof on product stickiness and founder completeness.
