AI-Native FDA Regulatory Services

Verdict
Panacea has a genuinely differentiated go-to-market angle — outcome-based pricing in a billable-hour-dominated industry is a real wedge, and pairing ex-FDA consultants with AI infrastructure is a sensible thesis. Yaman's background at Anterior (directly relevant) and Baqi gives the technical side credibility. The key risk is that neither founder has direct FDA regulatory domain expertise, making them dependent on hired consultants as the core IP — which is a fragile moat. No demonstrated traction or named customers is a meaningful gap at YC application stage, and the value of the AI platform vs. pure staffing arbitrage needs to be proven. Solid concept in a large market, but execution risk is high given the domain dependency.
