Playabl.ai
Prompt-to-play AI game builder for everyone
Note: This is a preliminary assessment based on limited publicly available information. We did not have access to LinkedIn profiles or live product screenshots for this analysis. We will update this entry with a more thorough review soon.
Verdict
Playabl.ai has a credible founding team with real prior revenue — NeonRain's $1.3M with zero marketing and 5B+ content views is a genuine signal, not fluff — and the team has authentic domain depth in gaming and modding. However, the product itself has no visible traction, no public metrics, and no differentiation story against a very crowded field of AI game builders (Rosebud, Unity Muse, Roblox AI tools). The consumer ICP is wide and hard to monetize. The strongest path forward is leveraging their modding-community distribution and builder-community flywheel from NeonRain — if they can replicate that organic growth engine here, the story gets much better. Right now it's a strong team in a weak competitive position.
Active Founders
Founder & CEO of Playabl.ai (YC P26), building a prompt-to-play AI game builder that turns ideas into playable games. Previously co-founded NeonRain, where we built a modding platform used by millions of players, generated $1.3m+ in revenue with zero marketing spend, and drove content with 5B+ views. Before that, scaled ARR 10x at B12App and grew a university program at Al Hussein Technical University from ~90 to 320+ students per intake, generating $1.7m+ in its first year.
I believe technology can be a powerful force for building a better world and creating opportunity for those who were never given one. While still at university, I built two six-figure revenue-generating companies, including a game modding business, and I’m now building Playabl.ai (YC P26), a platform that allows anyone to create games simply by chatting with AI.
