Constellation Space is building the autonomous infrastructure layer for the next generation of space networking. As satellite constellations rapidly scale from hundreds of nodes to tens of thousands, traditional ground-based orchestration fundamentally breaks down. ConstellationOS bridges this gap by providing zero-intervention network handoffs, predictive thermal load-balancing, and sub-second optical routing. Our founding team spent years building and operating satellite systems at SpaceX, Blue Origin, and NASA. We started Constellation to solve the problem we kept running into: reactive monitoring doesn't scale. We are building the sub-second routing protocols and hyperscale load-balancing infrastructure that will manage the future of off-world telecommunications and compute. hello@constellation-io.com

Market Opportunity
Satellite constellation management software targets SpaceX Starlink, Amazon Kuiper, and dozens of emerging LEO operators — a market scaling from hundreds to tens of thousands of nodes. Defense, telecom, and commercial space networking is a multi-billion dollar TAM with strong government tailwinds. B2B SaaS on top of mission-critical infrastructure = high ACV potential. Clear ICP: constellation operators who cannot afford downtime.

Founder Signal
Kamran (CEO) has direct SpaceX satellite software experience (Starlink intern + full-time SWE Aug 2024-Apr 2025) and NASA internships — exactly the domain. Raaid (CTO) spent 14 months at Blue Origin as Embedded Software Engineer II on power converter verification. Laith has ML/systems background from UT Austin MS ECE. Omeed has senior SWE at Capital One doing ML infra + prior co-founder experience at Nera. Four technical founders with direct space-industry pedigree is a genuine strength, though overall experience is relatively junior (Kamran graduated 2024, Raaid and Laith also recent grads).
Medium Signal
Competition
Aalyria (Google/Alphabet spin-out, $100M Series B at $1.3B valuation, DARPA/Space Force/AFRL contracts) is a well-funded direct competitor doing satellite network orchestration via its Spacetime platform. Defense primes (Raytheon, Kratos, Lockheed) build siloed constellation management systems for specific government programs. The founder argues that these proprietary, vendor-specific tools are the problem — not the competition — because SDA's proliferated architecture contracts multiple vendors (SpaceX, L3Harris, Northrop Grumman, Rocket Lab), creating genuine demand for vendor-agnostic orchestration. This is a reasonable argument: multi-vendor interoperability is a stated DoD goal under JADC2, though it is not yet a confirmed procurement mandate. The physics-informed neural network angle and NVIDIA backing suggest real technical differentiation, but Aalyria at $1.3B with active defense contracts is the primary competitive threat.
Medium Signal
Product
Website shows specific technical claims (physics-informed neural networks, >90% accuracy, <2s autonomous reroute) and a live CONSOLE product. Founder-reported signed contracts valued at $1.25M ACV include AWS Ground Station, Starcloud, Skynopy (OneWeb/Eutelsat), and the SDA — none publicly disclosed on the website, which is consistent with defense/space NDA norms. $220M in LOIs was also cited but is not weighted here as LOIs are non-binding. The ACV figure represents signed commitments, not necessarily fully collected revenue, but real customers signing enterprise/defense contracts is meaningful validation.
OverallA Tier

Three founders with direct SpaceX/Blue Origin/NASA experience building software for the exact problem they worked on is legitimate founder-market fit. Signed contracts valued at $1.25M ACV with customers including AWS Ground Station, Starcloud, Skynopy, and the SDA is credible early traction; the absence of public logos is consistent with defense/space NDA norms. The founder's argument that siloed in-house tools are the problem (not the threat) has merit — SDA's proliferated architecture genuinely uses multiple vendors, creating demand for vendor-agnostic orchestration. However, Aalyria ($100M Series B, $1.3B valuation, Google pedigree, active defense contracts) targets the same wedge with significantly more resources. Team is junior overall (most graduated 2023-2024), which remains an execution risk for deep infrastructure. NVIDIA and YC backing combined with early enterprise traction keeps this firmly in A territory.
